7. We will retain data provided to us as long as the client regularly uses our services (at least once a year), opted in for communications or for up to twelve years, whichever is longer.

8. If you have provided us with contact information including but not limited too email or phone, we may use it to contact you. However, you will have the option to opt out of such communications if you desire. To opt out by mobile text back 'Opt Out' and their will be an unsubscribe/opt out link on all emails.

9. We will retain your personal data provided to us for either as long as you regularly use our services, which we consider to be at least once in any twelve month period, or have opted into our communications or for up to five years, whichever is longer.

10. If you have provided us with personal contact information including but not limited to your email address or your phone number we may use it to contact you. However, you have the option to opt out of such communications if you desire. To opt out by mobile text back 'Opt Out' in reply to a message, and you may opt-out using the unsubscribe/opt-out link which appears on all our emails. 

11. This privacy policy applies to any center operated by Sheen Tennis Academy Ltd and will continue to apply even in the event of the company changing its legal name.

12. We reserve the right to vary the our data and privacy policy. You will be given reasonable notice of any such changes.
